LitterArty Interior Design T&Cs +

When enlisting LitterArty's Interior Design services you agree to adhere to the detailed T&Cs set out in the project contract, this is provided at project proposal stage. This will be signed and agreed in order to appoint our services and start project work.

If a client has enlisted any LitterArty interior design service and sourcing furniture, fixtures and fitting is included, LitterArty has the right to keep any percentage of trade discounts offered where applicable.

HowtoHome Services T&Cs +

Employing a designer to create a room design through the HowtoHome design service, the client agrees to accept the following terms and conditions. HowtoHome is a remote guidance based interior design service in a box and part of LitterArty Ltd. Purchased for a specified fee on a per room basis and delivered to your door. We will provide a bespoke design concept, colour concept, samples and a specifically chosen list of items which the client can then choose to purchase.

Revisions

  • Classic package, no revisions or additions will be provided.

  • Premium package, the client receives 1 moodboard revision, and a follow up. The Moodboard revision will be sent digitally via email prior to the development of the final detailed design concept. The Follow up is via email, following the client’s receipt of their design box, at this point suggestions for item alternatives or additions can be provided for up to 4 items originally selected by the designer.

Additions

  • A Digital Elevation or 3D render, to accompany the design concept, can be added at an additional cost and requested on the initial questionnaire or via email thereafter.

  • If the room a client wishes to have designed measures over 5 m x 5 m or is a substantially open space of large proportions, additional charges may apply. This will be confirmed upon initial enquiry.

Payment

LitterArty takes full payment up front upon a client ordering the HowtoHome service. Work on a client’s design will only commence once payment has been received and all requested information has also been received e.g. photos, measurements, floor plans, etc.

If any additions are added and invoiced for by LitterArty to the client, payment is required within 3 working days.

Refunds

All orders are non-refundable. We cannot refund orders for the HowtoHome service after the 48 hour cancellation period. Please see HowtoHome Order Cancellation section below for more details. We cannot accept any returns of the HowtoHome service once delivered.

Disclousure

LitterArty do not accept responsibility for any false, unclear or inaccurate information, measurements or photos, provided by the client.

LitterArty do not accept any responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies or incorrect furniture orders by the client, or furniture that may be the wrong size, wrong colour or arrive damaged. LitterArty assumes that all clients check the dimensions of the furniture and items recommended to them before purchasing. LitterArty will not accept any liability or responsibility for furniture ordered by the client that isn’t to their satisfaction or needed to be returned. All orders for furniture, fixtures and fittings made by the client are subject to the terms of the supplier they are purchased from not LitterArty.

If providing a floorplan, whether from the client or client's contractor, we require all clients to check the accuracy of these floorplans prior to sending to LitterArty and beginning any form of design work such as employing tradesmen, purchasing fixtures, fittings and furniture etc.

LitterArty complies strictly with UK laws, not those of USA, Canada, or the EU. Any clients based outside of the UK, for example within the EU and USA, when engaging in a work relationship with LitterArty, are subject to UK laws.

Any prices or quotes for furnishing items provided by LitterArty are valid for up to 30 days only. Quotes after the 30 day period is over will be considered as invalid and will require a new quote or price review to be made.

Where LitterArty suggests a product that requires ordering directly through LitterArty's trade access, this offer is only valid for 2 months from the day of design dispatch from the LitterArty studio. Thereafter LitterArty cannot be held responsible for time spent in placing such orders, but arrangements at an extra charge can be made to proceed if and when required.

HowtoHome Order Cancellation +

If you wish to cancel your order with HowtoHome by LitterArty please do so via email within 48 hours of payment. Once your payment has cleared and all required information is received, work will have commenced on your order, refund at this stage will not be possible. It may be possible to make a change to your order, in which case please advise LitterArty x HowtoHome as soon as possible, via email. We will always try to accommodate changes where possible.

Once LitterArty x HowtoHome has received your cancellation order email we will confirm that you wish to cancel your order via return email. Funds will be credited to you within 30 days of placing your order.

Workshop T&Cs +

  • All those attending must arrive 10 minutes before event start time (stated on the ticket/email confirmation received upon purchase.
  • Admissions to take part in workshops are 1 ticket per person and ticket or purchase confirmation must be show upon arrival.
  • Tickets for these events are unfortunately none refundable. If you are unable to make the event, please email info@litterarty.co.uk to see if it is possible to re-schedule to an alternative workshop. This cannot be guaranteed as it is subject to availability.
  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the workshop booked to attend will not be entitled to re-schedule for an alternate event.
  • Any give away products or gift bags available at your chosen workshop, please note only one per person is permitted to collect.

Colour Consultation +

The Colour Consultancy service is bespoke to each client and is currently delivered remotely via zoom (due to Covid19 restrictiosn and safety), which is arranged a the time of booking and confirmed via email.

Payment for this service must be made prior to the event and will be invoiced directly to the client.

Should you need to cancel your booked session, simple let LitterArty know via email at least 24 hours prior to the event. You will then be refunded the £125 +VAT cost. If you cancel after this 24 hour period you will be refunded 50% of the fee.

Alternately you can choose to reschedule your session. Again please do so more than 24 hours prior to the booked session. We will do all we can to accomodate you on this. If you reschedule after the 24 hours prior, you will only be refunded 50% of the fee.

This service is guidance based and any actions taken upon the suggestions made by LitterArty/HowtoHome are done so at the client’s own risk/liability.

Video Consultancy T&Cs +

The Video consultancy service is bespoke to each client and is delivered remotely via zoom, which is arranged a the time of booking and confirmed via email.

LitterArty's current charges are as follows and remain so until notified otherwise. Last updated August 2022.

  • Initial Design Consultation - £75 +VAT
  • Hourly Design Charge - £71 +VAT
  • Hourly Spec & Sourcing Charge - £67 +VAT
  • Daily Rate - £500 +VAT
  • Hourly technical drawing/visuals/renders - £75 +VAT
  • Daily Rate - £567 +VAT
